Take action in this year’s Learning Disability Week
Learning Disability Week is a national awareness week which takes place in June every year.
The week is a great chance to raise awareness about the issues that are important to people with a learning disability and their families and carers.
This year, Learning Disability Week will take place from Monday 22 to Sunday 28 June 2009.
This year's theme will be Changing Places, Changing Lives. We are calling for fully accessible toilets - with a hoist, changing bench and lots of space - to be installed in big public places.
