September 2017 - Monthly Update
This September we have registered three new Changing Places toilets – in a shopping centre, a community hub, and a football stadium! We hope you’re enjoying the lovely colours on the trees as Autumn progresses.
Three new registrations
This month our registrations have been from Wakefield, London and Dunbartonshire. We are looking forward to receiving more from venues across the UK nations – keep them coming!
Football stadium news
One of our newly registered Changing Places toilets this month is at Loftus Road stadium, home to Queens Park Rangers. We have been delighted by the number of football stadiums that have got behind the Changing Places campaigns. Football should be for everyone, right!
Here are some of the other stadiums with Changing Places loos. If your local team’s grounds don’t have a Changing Places toilet, maybe it’s time to start a campaign?
Campaigner News
We are continuing to share and support the petition and campaign by Zack, to get Changing Places Toilets installed in all motorway service stations.
You can sign Zack’s petition and read his updates here: https://www.change.org/p/have-accessible-changing-facilities-at-every-uk-motorway-service-station
You can read more about his Campaign in Zack’s blog on our website.
