Motorway Services Petition
The Changing Places consortium has been campaigning for many years to increase the number of Changing Places toilets at motorway service stations and are currently supporting the work of campaigners Margaret, Tony and Julie Clough. Tony Clough has started an on-line petition to increase the number of Changing Places on motorways. Over 700 people have signed the petition which including comments like these:
Keith Southgate: “The needs of those in need are extremely important, dignity and opportunity is a basic requirement for everyone. Facilities should be widely available.”
Judith Wilmott: “Put yourself in this position if you had a disabled child, would you want this facility?”
