Championing Changing Places 2016

There are almost 900 Changing Places facilities registered across the UK thanks to the tireless Changing Places campaigners and their constant work and efforts. 

To support this work, our sponsors Aveso will be bringing together passionate and positive individuals who support the Changing Places campaign at two events later this month.

These events, one in Nottingham and one in Surrey will offer you the unique chance to share stories and tactics, be able to glean successful strategies and learn from key campaigners.

 

On the day, you can expect activities to kick start your campaigning, helping you to understand and recognise the equipment needed and learn effective ways to address people vital to bringing about new Changing Places.

You will also get the chance to speak to founding members of the Changing Places consortium and learn more about the inception and history of the campaign and its path towards the future. 

 

You will also leave with a goodie bag and hopefully the tools, knowledge and enthusiasm to start your own local campaign supported by other campaigners like you. If you are new to the Changing Places campaign and would like to learn more then we would love to see you at our Championing Changing Places Day.
