World toilet day is a day once a year when everyone all over the world are talking about toilets. This is also a good day for everyone all over the world, whatever part of the world that you are in, to help promote Changing Places toilets to go international.

 Its World Toilet Day next Wednesday 19th November.
World Toilet Day focuses on the importance of sanitation and aims to raise awareness about the 2.6 billion people (nearly half the world's population) who don't have access to toilets and proper sanitation.

Next year will see the Rugby World cup come to the UK. As such, the Changing Places Consortium are currently campaigning for Changing Places toilets to be installed at all Rugby World Cup venues. We are delighted that three of the venues, Wembley, the Olympic stadium and the Brighton Community Stadium already have Changing Places installed, but the remaining 10 do not.

After working to support the development of the Changing Places campaign in Australia over the past three years, we are delighted to announce that the Victoria Coalition Government is investing $750,000 to build six Changing Places in popular public spaces and to provide a mobile facility to give people with a disability greater independence and to better support their families and carers.
